Misguided charge

I received no assistance with this purchase. I needed a charger for my eclipse 2.0 I did not get any information online that you do not provide this charger online. I tried reaching customer service on the phone and got no response. I ordered the only charger provided online and then was told after it arrived that you intentionally don’t sell them online because customers continue to order the wrong one. However, your company did not provide any update to the public about the proper procedure to order a charger now I have to pay for a return shipping cost for an error that was not my own
