Overall Great scooter! The spedominitor is surprisingly accurate which is a plus but what is even more of a plus is that I got 27mph gps verified which is absolutely insane for the price. All things considered, I am around 90lb and 13 years old but still. I have not tested the range but I'm assuming if you are on the high preset it won't be 23 miles. I love the solid rubber tires and suspension, the stem is very stable. I love the rubber mat on the deck and the footrest I find using 100% of the time and the back brake light is very nice.
Now for the cons... The headlights could be better but I think every scooter has this problem, I am around 5'3 and even then I find myself wanting the handlebar a little higher, and the stem gets loose so I could be riding and the handlebar will go lower which is annoying and possibly dangerous so make sure to tighten it every other ride. But overall I would recommend this scooter especially for the price.

Solar E1 great value !!
I purchased the E1 after trying out a similar brand and the E1 might not look it but it’s awesome ! Great value for suck a small powerful scooter good range good speed great quality. The only thing that I could say is the lever to lock handle bar sometimes needs a extra turn to lock it up but that’s more of an issue when you’re rushing to get it lock other then that very happy with E1

It's a good option for commuting
The scooter is good for commuting. However, I didn't get close to the range that's advertised (I weight 247lbs). It's more comfortable that anticipated thanks to the rubber tires that aren't too hard and the full suspension. Acceleration is good, speed is great, folded dimensions worked great for my bus ride home and riding the train. The handle is on the short side of things. I'm 6'-0" tall and the handle seemed very low for my liking (maybe because I'm used to my high performance scooter's handle height). The light's are basically to be seen (you have to add one if you want to see clearly). Charging time was fine. Overall I would give it a 3.5 to 4 stars just because of the range. The delivery time was fast and set up was not required as it comes assembled.
