Yes. Due to the high value and high-voltage battery payload of Solar Scooters, all vehicle shipments require an adult signature upon delivery.
Scooters arrive 95% assembled. You simply mount the handlebars, tighten stem clamps using the included toolkit, and perform a quick tire pressure check before your first ride.
For optimal cell life, avoid letting the pack drain below 20%. Store the battery at room temperature and charge using only the official Solar fast charger provided.
Our smart chargers include automatic cut-offs, but we always recommend disconnecting the charger once the indicator turns green for maximum safety and pack longevity.
