I must admit that the solar customer service is one of the best, and they deserve a five-star rating. However, I am slightly disappointed with the misleading information provided online regarding replacement parts.

I was frustrated with the malfunctioning of my fingerprint controller on my scooter. I was searching for an equivalent part that had a key starter. The online description indicated that it was a replacement for Solar P1 3.0 which I own, and other models. However, it failed to mention that it was incompatible with the scooter originally fitted with fingerprint controller.

I had already ordered the part and a few days later I received an email stating that it was incompatible with the fingerprint reader display. If that information had been clearly displayed on the website, I would never have ordered it. Unfortunately, due to this misleading information, my order was delayed for about two weeks because I live in Pennsylvania and had to return the incorrect part to California, pretty long distance.

The solar customer service handled this situation very well and agreed to cross-ship the correct part for my scooter.

Despite this setback, I am rating Solar Company with a five-star. I hope that the website description will be corrected to avoid similar scenario for other customers.

Good tires so far so good
My was a little unbalanced, but maybe it was just mine. Also, I don’t have a lot of experience to judge small numeric tires. I like this would have more to say after I put on the miles.

Great scooter solid ridiculously fun to ride so much power but very controllable plenty of range like all day fun riding. It looks great very comfortable suspension love it would buy again. There’s some minor issues like the displays needs software update i think for full functionality, but I’m sure they will take care of it , i’m very happy with it , the customer support is very responsive and nice quick to work with you to self any issues or answer questions, for this size of scooter very nimble and again super fun ride .👍👍

I believe that it's May be the time to be realistic about what goes into the Air to breath having respect for one another remembering that Oil lays on-top of the inner-core collecting burning though a engine and breathing it and knowing all issues in the inner city's We should Always show God that WE understand make it count drop for drop with respect Proverbs 21 20 working on one I will always embrace electric Truly we need the chemical make-up of Lava and Oil and I know that the Oil was put there in the beginning so they are almost the same . I love everything about the bike! Although I wish I could have got the carbon fiber wheels.. I'm going to have to save up for those. Unfortunately they were out of my budget but I think they would look a lot better on the bike.

I love the bike and it's so much fun to ride. Also if you have any problems the people at solar are on the ball with answering questions and helping with what you need. It's been a pleasant experience, especially with my first time buying a bike. I bought the storage for the bike but they were out of stock. which for that I wish someone would of reached out and told me instead of me having to ask about it. Other than that I highly recommend this bike to anyone!
