I'm leaving this review because the customer service that I received was outstanding. I accidentally bent my rotor when I was changing my tire and stripped two of the screws trying to take it off. Solar scooter sent me replacement screws for the ones that were stripped and also send me a tutorial on how to remove the strip screws that I couldn't get out. Excellent customer service!
