So a few negative things with my experience. Ordered mine in Black on a Sunday, the next day they message me saying there’s no black with on road tires only grey and they won’t switch tires for me. So I get the grey with the steering damper. The scooter takes one whole week to arrive even though I paid the extra for 3-5 day shipping. When it does arrive as soon as I unbox it and finally start it up… there’s an error code “20h Throttle abnormal”. I contact them they said to “charge it, that should fix it”. Nothing. New throttle, nothing. They ask to pick it up I told them I don’t have that ginormous box anymore cause it got damaged and I had no space for it regardless. Rather than sending me a new box they have me inspect it myself, which I do, just to check connectors and they were fine. I uncovered that there was a severed wire deep in the tangle of wires by the controller that goes to the throttle connector on my own. Awaiting a response from them I cover the exposed wires to not further damage the scooter or start a fire, I showed them this and they said to repair it myself since I “seem to have technical expertise.” I told them I was amateur and they said to take it to a shop which there is none around me.
Finally telling them I would have to go out and buy a soldering iron and solder or get it repaired regardless for it to work I asked them if I would be compensated for all of this and they offered me a storage bag. A $30 DOLLAR STORAGE BAG. MIND YOU I HAVE EVERYTHING IN VIDEO FROM START TO FINISH AND SHOWED THEM. The second I got it in the mail to unwrapping it and powering it on for the first time and not being able to use it due to the error code as well as the wire being shown on video severed when they asked me to inspect connectors. Ridiculous. All they had to do was send a new box. Then they said they wouldn’t take it back cause I don’t have the box and it can’t be used. Mind you IT ALSO HAD 0.3 miles on it when I first started it up. Idk if someone returned this one or what happened to it but it’s been nothing but headaches. The remote for the lights didn’t work, the bolts are falling out, and I never even got the steering damper I paid extra for. Oh but they offered to compensate me for that as well (yeah for something I never even got). This all happened at a perfect time too right after my Father passed away from 9/11 cancer from being a first responder and I had to handle all his arrangements myself (and yes I told them this). They made it seem like I messed up the scooter before I opened the box and then damaged it trying to keep things from getting worse. They didn’t want to replace it is all or take it back. I’m not going to tell anyone what to do or not to do but yeah, that’s been my experience so far and I’ve been contemplating sharing it on all platforms since I have channels but I don’t want to be spiteful. However I do feel ripped off and insulted for the amount of money I spent. (It won’t let me upload any videos to show the actual clips but there’s the pic of the first start up, 15 min after arriving at my house, which I’m also sure they can see the time it got there to match my time stamp, and how am I gonna drain half the battery that quick. Also the picture of the severed wire that is obvious did not happen on purpose.)

So far so good to early to give a full review. But I can tell you one bad thing I noticed that's happened like the last scooter I bought from Solar the horn is junk works for a couple days then just doesn't work at all even when you try to adjust it with the tiny screw.

So I haven't bought 1 yet..but have a valid question since it has blinkers headlight and goes up to 70mph Do i need a driver's license to ride this legally?.

There’s a few reasons I’m not going five. But first some things I really enjoyed that stood out:
1. Torque is amazing, in the lower speeds 45 and under, you can feel it. It’s pretty great.
2. The scooter does look fantastic, it’s avery clean especially for how large it is.
3. The headlight is GREAT. I’ve had tons of bad experiences with scooter headlights. Also the led lights look really nice, although there isn’t a way to turn them off without the remote.
4. Suspension is impressive.
5. I’ve had multiple expensive scooters like this, this one is very well built. Aside from the issues listed below, it’s not cheaply built.

Reasons I can’t go 5 stars:
1.Out the box, brake pads slightly rub the rodors, there’s a constant tinking sound. Aswell as tires rubbing the fenders. (Could just be mine but not ideal at that price)
2.The handle bars are not meant for taller people. I’m 6’ and my arms almost go straight down to grab the bars, doesn’t sound horrible but when you’re cruising 50+ it’s very unstable.
3. Rear foot pad, the angled part, it’s very small. If it were 2-4 in he’s longer that would be sick.
4. Nothing to lock the handle bars down when it’s folded.
